Very local customer for years..
If it hasn't expired months or years ago, it might be decent quality.
But, noticeable mold on products (salad, pickles, cheeses, packaged meat), rotten deli meat, non-perishables from 4 years ago, and produce that is always disappointing at best.
Frustratingly, there are a few good items, which bring people back.

Awesome Eastern European specialty store. It has two branches, one on Beacon St and the other on Cambridge street. Their Honeybee cake is amazing!

I absolutely love this place. It is always clean and the produce is so fresh and well priced. The food is also DELICIOUS and really affordable! I also like trying the baked goods, they're really well made and super yummy. The bulgar and the herbed chicken is some of the best I've had!

продавщица сейчас стояла на рыбах, ужасное поведение , швыряла поднос, скривила лицо , хамство высшей степени , будто я пришла к ней домой !!! надеюсь ее уволят либо она сама уйдет, ибо такое отвратительное отношение к людям недопустимо ! если устала и ненависть к людям , меняй рабочее место!!! моей злости нет предела ! именно из за нее не рекомендую этот магазин , мы уехали так и не взяли ничего больше ! отбила все желание !!!

This Bazaar location at 1432 Beacon St sells expired products and products with a fake manufactured date. A month ago I had a food poisoning from deli meat I bought here- was sliced and packed at the store, I was not able to check the expiration date- in 3 hours from consuming it I had a massive food poisoning and I hadn’t eaten anything but that. Previously, I had to return items such as caviar, herbal tea (with snails), herring, etc.
Another day I stopped by and noticed sweet cheese bars on the shelf- all of them were a month passed the maximum allowed storage period. I have passed this information to the store manager and she stated it would be taken care of. In 2 days I came back to that store again and most of those bars were sold, leaving just a few on the shelf.
Today I went there on purpose to check if all of there products were passed the expiration date- and yes, there were a lot...and in addition to that I managed to by an ice-cream made on February 26th 2020...its May 17th of 2019 today. Very concerning. Previously I have seen them storing ice-cream for more than 2 years from the "made on" date- with the maximum storage period of 12 months.
Selling expired goods is illegal and can have many bad outcomes to public health. I will not return to this store again and would advise same to everybody.

Me encanta esta tienda. Tiene artículos nórdicos y soviéticos. El 15 de cada mes tienen descuentos. El lugar siempre está limpio y los productos no son caros.
