J’ai commandé 3 khimars et ils ont envoyé un qui n’était pas le modèle demandé avec la même couleur. Aucune nouvelle de leur part!

I had to return an item, paid for the return label. They approved my refund that I never received. I emailed them probably like 3x and never got a response, until today asking what did I return. I emailed them that early on and even confirmed they received the shipment with a picture of the item that was to be returned and the label itself. This is really unacceptable to 1. not get a response on a timely manner 2. they had all that information and they dropped the ball. I've recently had a much better experience with an overseas brand. I'll suck it up and pay a bit more for shipment but the quality is exceptional and alerts me of where my package is every step of the way. I really hate to leave a comment such as this but we are paying customers and the lack of response is a slap in the face.

Avoid shopping with this vendor the sizes of the abayas I received didn’t match the size chart provided on her website. I ordered two Faraasha abayas, one in Navy blue and one in black. For the blue one, I received an XL instead of Large and for the large one (black) I got is not accurate in measurement, instead of being 57” in length it was 52” in the front and 54” in the back and the hem was cut very uneven in the bottom. The other three Salam 2 abayas I ordered in size Small differd despite them all being the same size. Size small online was 53” in length however the abayas I received differed in measurement from 52”-55” in length; and the chest and the width of the sleeves of the abayas differed as well. I had to return the abayas at my own cost and as well as getting money deducted from the original purchase for shipping. It took me almost 2 weeks to get a refund. I am disappointed with this company. She needs to fear Allah for selling products that are not true to the description provided and for making me pay for her mistakes.

I’ll start by saying that my reviews on the website were deleted ! My recommendation for you :”don’t waste your money, quality of these dresses is very bad , I ordered 7 dresses from here so I have pretty good understanding !
I ordered from this business twice. The first time one of the abayas’ was snatched, like the fabric was snugged many times , then I started noticing other 2 abayas literally coming apart because of very poor stitching. Ordered again hoping it would be different, but it was even worse. Got 2 dresses of different colors but same fabric , one was short and see through, the other was waaaaay too long and poorly made, like some stuff was sticking out of it in the front where buttons are on the chest area. The 3rd dress was ripping on me 3 times, I’m not even kidding unfortunately. My mom said my dress looked weird and when I checked there was a huge hole on my back. Stitching is beyond terrible ! Fabric is cheap and wears off!
If you want to have a good Islamic business stop making such terrible quality clothing ! Charge $70-100 per dress instead of $35-55 but make good dresses that don’t rip apart ! Ridiculous and embarrassing of an Islamic business, very disappointed, you should be ashamed !

Do not purchase anything from these thieves. I purchased a khimar from them for $30, they sent me a square hijab that's worth $5. When I messaged them, they refused to refund me and said they could give me $8 dollars, or I could pay for the return and send it back. Why should I have to pay for the mistake that they made? You would think you could trust them because they call themselves a Muslim company but they are lying thieves and I get better customer service from kafir companies. They should fear Allah because stealing $30 isn't worth their akira.

Had high hopes for them, but they are very disappointing. Very poor customer service.
Out of 3 Abayas my wife ordered, one was the wrong item, and another was wrong size. No phone number to call. They will accept a return on your expense even though it's their mistake.
If you ask them in an email to call you or provide a phone number, they will ignore you.

I've ordered from Bazar Al Haya several times. While a couple of abayas did not work out well (too thin and transparent, even with slips), I am so satisfied with the others that I will leave a good overall review. Bazar Al Haya makes long abayas suitable for the tall sisters, and they are all very cute, modest styles. I find the styles different, in a good way, from the common retailers like Modanisa, which usually have tight waists and shorter skirt lengths. The shipping for BAH is usually fast/reasonable (had one incident of a delayed delivery, but they communicated that to me in plenty of time, and I was happy with the order when it came). I hope this company continues to improve and create more modest styles for us Muslim women to enjoy!

A year ago, I ordered from the store and I had a wonderful experience. The clothes were perfect and it arrived in a timely manner. That was the first time. The second time I purchased 3 items for the price of $150. It has been MONTHS. There was never an update on my order. It was never even packaged to ship. I emailed and they responded with automated messages or they didn’t respond at all. I called them and they said they would email me and refund my order. Weeks went by and still nothing. I understand some mistakes get made, but this is just terrible service. Insha’Allah this was just a bad couple of months for them and they refund me and help the other people who had issues with their orders. I will definitely not purchase anything from this store again.
