Amazing speed for a order ahead and pick up in store. Originally I had ordered enough to qualify for free shipping, but discovered that a single $10.99 item in my order (over $79) was not eligible. I decided to go in person a few days later since I had an appointment nearby. When I arrived I headed to the service desk and found that the team member had already pulled my order, even though I had just completed it while sitting in the parking lot. Good ? job!

Managers are never available. Just the other day front desk called store manager 4 times on a walkie and told her she was needed at front desk and never came up there or called someone else. The drive up be prepared to wait 15 minutes for assistance because they are on their cell phones playing games. Spoke to Shawna On three different occasions about this and said she would take care of it with a smirk on her face. She never did. She walks away to go talk to other managers and doesn’t address problems. They have very little coverage in the store and if business has gone way down it is from poor management starting at the top. People that work there say that managers fit in Amanda’s Office and joke all day.

Great prices . Nice shopping atmosphere with friendly associates. Items for home improvement, , yard, outdoor sports, and animals. Hardware , kitchen and home as well. Food and snack section. Family owned and nice friendly atmosphere. Nice place to shop.

$1700 Leaf grinder on floor, purchased on Friday. Was told they would take it off the floor, put oil in it and fill the tires. Had date to pick up on following Tuesday. Nothing was done. Was still on floor and the employee did not communicate anything to other employees. Had to fill tires myself, found lose bolts on it. Never had had such awful service for a high price item.

First time customer, will definitely be back great selection of items, good prices, friendly employees

As the name includes "Farm", the assumption would be that you would expect things you need for the farm would be available. All I wanted was a simple hand pump 1 or 2 Gallon sprayer. Nope, had to go to Lowe's

This is an annual outing for my friends and I. We do a Christmas shopping trip about this time every year. It's a lot of fun and they have something for everyone!
