Nous étions en vacance à Niagara pour la journée . Nous avons pu nous restaurer en prenant des gâteaux et à boire dans cette petite boutique. La caissière était souriante, le magasin propre. Vous pouvez également y trouver des objets de souvenirs.

Ps: j’ai mangé un kitkat qui avait vraiment un mauvais goût, j’ai malheureusement jeté le papier avant de vérifier la date de péremption donc impossible de savoir si il était encore bon …

We came in 10 minutes before they closed, the door was unlocked, and we were in there for no more than three minutes (I can provide any details on date and time so the cameras can be checked). The woman at the counter stared us down the entire time that we were there, creating an utterly hostile environment. As she scanned our products, she audibly gave a deep sigh in annoyance and as we were leaving, a woman approached her kindly, asking for directions as she was lost, and the woman looked at her and said "What do you want" as if the woman was somehow beneath her. I understand that people have long days and are tired, but after reading the other reviews I believe this employee is just rude at her core. Terrible experience.

Called this place asking for Contact Lens Solution as we left ours at home and are taking a trip to Niagara. We were hung up on twice when asking for this. When we called a 3rd time on a different phone to see if that was the issue, they yelled at us and said “Are you done playing?” and hung up on us for the last time. Extremely rude and will be taking our business elsewhere up the road to to Shoppers Drug Mart; I suggest you do the same.

Totally agree with this customer comment, ( Keilah Quanico) this cashier (sat Aug 4 afternoon shift 3pm) was totally unprofessional! she demanded I go around to other end of from where the lottery tickets are AND refused to turn the terminal screen to face me for me to confirm my lightening lotto code! which is an OLG RULE for customers view, as well how did she expect me to select scratch tickets from the far end? she needs some pleasantness and an ability to oversee the line up and take people in the order they might not line up in to HER liking! Had hoped I found a traditional corner store for my purchases but this one certainly lost out! teach this worker some work ethics! Brenda and Heather are superb, this one on the sat aug 4th after noon shift should be sent packing!!

I work down the street from this convenience store so I drop by to get water or snacks during my breaks. The lady working was extremely passive aggressive as soon as I walked in when I was just looking at the water as if I bothered her in some way. Then when my card declined the first time and claimed I “messed up her machine” when it worked fine perfectly the second time. As a worker in the same tourist area this isn’t the customer service I expect let alone other tourists that may visit:/

Brenda was the nicest cashier I've met! Let alone shes on top of orders left n right! Place has a good variery and is a Quick in and out, is it pricy? Sure.. but that's kind of everywhere lol. But I reccomended this place. And thank you Brenda for all you do
