Absolutely terrible. I came in this morning to return a few packages and the service was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever encountered. It was as if the male employee was acting out a charade of a extremely ignorant, abrupt and arrogant store employee. It’s such a shame that the staff clearly haven’t integrated into British society by adapting some basic British values. Behavior was barbaric.

I was spoken to in the rudest tone regarding how to get my QR code to scan due to their machine basically not working properly, should probably get that fixed instead of awkwardly and rudely telling customers how to get it to work.

Unbothered and annoyed attitude when handling my packages and right in front of me tossed my packages from a far distance into a storage area on top of other packages. Some of my packages had delicate items in it which could now be broken. Disgusting behavior.

Do not have courier services available at your store when you are clearly not able to provide the service properly.
Absolutely appalling and deeply unpleasant person and service, won’t be returning and reported to EVRI.

The owner is so stingy, that when I went to drop off a Hermes parcel, the tape had ripped off my parcel. I asked for a little tape to seal it back up and the owner was like not my responsibility, he said to me to go home and seal it back up, I saw tape on his desk but he was like I would have to pay £1.50 for it. He is so rude and doesn't care about his customers, I hope you go out of business.

If you are trying to drop off at Packageless EVRI parcel shop for Amazon return- THIS IS A LIE! They will make you buy a package and pack it yourself, and will not accept any responsibility or offer a help with the packing

I go in the shop and ask him if there is a specific product in the store. He tells me just look around. He doesn't get up or help me he just sits there on his phone. It's probably because he doesn't know what's inside his own store.

Very rude owner/ cashier/ whatever he is. Always on the phone, ignoring customers and talking rude. It takes a while since you walk in until he decides to get up and ask what you need.

Worst shop I ever been in London. Owner is really rude, no manners to talk to customer. Considering age haven’t said anything but you can’t say customer that he/she wasting your time while there wasn’t any customer waiting when serving.

Owner is the worst about this place. He is so rude and inconsiderate of his customers. I was waiting to buy a coke and he was on his phone to someone he made me wait to buy the coke while he finished his phone call.
