Very happy with Sai Fashion and the staff there. They have a good and large selection with two stores, where they have shoes, jewellery, bags/clutches, casual wear, formal wear and bridal wear. They also have a good selection for children and men. I called on Friday to find out if they had the possibility of a bridal appointment at the last minute, as I was travelling back home the next day. They arranged it and I was expedited by Shazia. She was very kind, patient, helpful and offered tips and recommendations throughout the whole appointment. In addition, everyone was patient, even the boss and the rest of the team as they stayed and waited with us after closing time when we had forgotten our wallet at home and had to drive back and forth to get it. Very pleased, will definitely shop here again for other occasions next time I'm in Manchester.

Absolutely horrific bridal shopping experience at Sai. Rude and patronising staff that made us wait 30 minutes for the appointment. They asked us repeatedly to look at the same tacky old fashioned clothes without showing us any of the bagged ones. Staff made everyone in the bridal party feel very unwelcome and burdensome.
Avoid this if you want a good experience for your special day.

Went to sai fashions recently to look for some clothes and came back with a waistcoat. Sai fashions has a wide variety of clothing in the men section and the staff were patient. The customer service was brilliant and the lady that served me was kind and respectful . She showed me around and gave me some preferences of what would look good. Absolutely loved going to sai fashions! Will definitely be going again.

The service from the team at Sai fashions has been brilliant!!! They all have gone above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with my outfits and all the intricate details are exactly how I want them.

Rehana was amazing throughout the process, she showed me so many outfits and catered to my needs! She has been an absolute pleasure, loved her customer service and I have massively appreciated the effort she has put in.

Jyoti assisted me with colours, measurements and designs, which was really beneficial as she has many years of experience - this provided me with so much reassurance.

Shazia was also delightful, she assisted me with jewellery selection. She had a very friendly approach which made the experience really nice and I was able to select items with ease.

Thanks again to the team and can’t wait for my gorgeous outfits to come 🙂

Went into the shop just to have a look at some winter suits. I asked a lovely lady Shazia about some suits she was helpful and showed me different suits I ended up buying two suits as she had recommended them her customer service was excellent. Will definitely go back to shop there again. Sarina

I had a very disappointing experience at Sai Fashions in Manchester during my bridal appointment. The staff were rude and unhelpful throughout the entire visit. At one point, a staff member shouted at my friend, wrongly accusing her of taking pictures when her phone was clearly off. Additionally, I was criticised for not doing enough research because I was unsure on what type of bridal dress I wanted, which was not only unprofessional but added to my stress. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially during such an important occasion. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking a positive bridal experience.

I went to purchase my first Pakistani wedding guest outfit. As a non Pakistani I wasn’t sure exactly what I was looking for. The owners wife was absolutely heartwarming and lovely. She helped me find an outfit and showed me how to style everything. She went above and beyond. Would recommend and will be coming back for future Pakistani weddings.
