Vehicle was taken in for 1st service which involves rotating the tires. Unfortunately their impact gun chipped the paint on 2 spots on wheels only 1 year old. Corrosion will be the next problem.

Also very disappointed to see the huge increase in hourly labour rates (around 25%) and scheduled maintenance costs since the new owners took over. Staff is generally friendly but these prices are now uncompetitive. I’ll go elsewhere for the 4 Toyota vehicles in our family.

My husband and I bought a car in May. Very satisfied with the center. Special thanks to the lovely girl Sonia, for her help and professionalism. Thanks to her, we got all the answers to our questions, and considering that we are new arrivals in the country, we wanted to trust someone with quality service when choosing and honest answers about cars. This service center no longer deserves the 5 stars. Booking a simple appointment with them is a chaos now. Book it online and then they will start emailing back n forth for petty things each 24 hours apart. This could all be cleared in a simple call instead of stretching a small appointment talk for a whole 2 week, and changing the original Booking date which was selected. The front customer service staff need to be changed. Do not think I am ever coming back or buying a car from this dealership where their customer service is as bad as this. In a fast moving world you can not stretch common things for a whole 2 weeks and change original booking date for which you may have booked off from work.

Getting anyone live on the phone from the service department at ToyotaTown is a nightmare. Playing telephone tag (it takes half a day or longer to get a call back) and never getting someone live is very frustrating. I had all my fluids replaced on my very low mileage 2014 Camry. Spent over $1000. However, they omitted the transmission change although I had mentioned clearly to them that I was ok with them proceeding with the change. Unfortunately, it seems that the service technician was not listening and now I'm playing telephone tag to book an appointment for in a few weeks time. Nope, not going to wait anymore. I'm buying the Toyota fluid and gaskets from the parts department and having Westgate Honda do the change. It took me two minutes to book an appointment with the Honda Service Technician. Honda has been fantastic at answering their phones with actual staff - their service is top notch. Toyota's service department really needs to revamp their process as it is broken.

I am extremely impressed with my first experience with toyota-town. I spoke with Baz about ordering a vehicle in July, it took only a few emails and a quick phone call to get it ordered. As we knew exactly what we wanted for a vehicle, not having to come in was a big win for us with a baby. Baz informed me they would order the vehicle and gave me an estimated arrival date. He was pretty dead on with the estimate. Got transferred over to Ben for the numbers, who was very knowledgeable about warranty’s/services they offer and was very respectful in regards to suggestions. I also got to speak with Brain.K who was amazing. A very down to earth manger who showed me that he and the team cares about making every customer happy and is willing to go the extra mile. We were so pleased with our experience that we have ordered another vehicle already.

Had my regular service done there as I purchased the warranty which includes service. Easy to book, everything was communicated well. Service was done with no issues.
Only thing I found a bit disappointing was that I couldn't get shuttle service and there is no after hours key pickup. Had to rush there by 5 pm, which was a real struggle with how bad the traffic is in London! Next time I'll just steal my car back with the spare key and pick up the one they have when it's convenient...
