The oldLady was following us around the store then she told us if you are not buying anything you have to go she was extremely rude and the prices there are so horrible go to Dollarama your wallet will be happy

First of all extremely rude service.
People are trying to pay and the lady is eating and watching a Persian show.. really?
Seriously put your phone down a second or at least turn off the sound and stop eating for 2 minutes and serve your customers with respect.

Second they OVERCHARGE for balloons without even asking you about it.
They just add and ands to the total without even asking.
I didn’t ask for any glue or gel inside the balloon and I didn’t ask for any bag for the balloons. They charged me an extra $10 for no reason.
When I asked about it she said that’s how it always is.
I said no it’s not. You’re supposed to at least ask if I want the gel.
I could care less if the balloons last under 6 hours.

Will never be back to this location I would rather overpay someone else, but at least get proper service and not be lied to.

I had to leave a review solely on the fact that I went in there today with my 2 boys ages 7 and 3..and my kids were loud, obnoxious, excited to see all the items lol.. and the man at the store today was smiling and happy to see them and said hi to them with a genuine kindness. Very different from the usual folks at other stores that give me bad looks if my kids are loud. It was just a nice experience and the mans welcoming smile made my day!

One of the worst Dollar store
They buy from Dollarama and sell it for double the price.
Bad service.
Very rude person in the cashier.
Not recommended to anyone!

Very Rude owners. The female owner raised her voice to children for no good reason. The store is dirty and disorganized. Go to dollarama. Hate to say it cause I like small businesses but this isn’t a good retailer.

i don't know who is giving this place 5 stars. this place was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. the person was super rude, telling us that they are closing in five, so i ran in and got my item within 10 seconds, but then she let a dude check out in front of me who took 20 minutes to check out, and then gave me sass when i wanted to pay by card. "It's debit right? right? right?"

first off, you have a credit sign, so i should be able to pay by credit, secondly, i know the difference between a debit and credit card,

thirdly, she took the card out of my card and tapped it; i've never seen that before. i'm tapping, why are you touching my card.

0 stars. i will never return here and will guide people away from here too. terrible customer service, no understanding of human behaviour.
