Definitely won’t be shopping at farm and fleet again. We bought two Milwaukee vacuums to try out for cleaning. We used them one time and they didn’t work for what we needed so we were going to return them. The lady working with us was extremely rude telling us they were going to take a bunch of money off because we used them. (Not sure how we would know we didn’t like them unless we used them). We asked if there was a policy that stated this and she said no it’s just what they do. Eventually she said they would just let us return them without the deductions, only to find out that we could only return them for $100 less than we paid for them! We bought each for $300 and they were only going to let us return them for $195 each. Completely bogus

Will never let Farm and Fleet Janesville touch my car again. I needed the front pads and rotors replaced. NOT worn out but getting time to replace them. I get my car serviced every 6,000 miles and just got 4 new tires. They told me I needed to replace my ENITRE brake system minus the brake cylinder. Stuck caliper, pinched brake line, rear brakes and drums damaged, all of it on a car that gets regular mantainace. My brakes don't even pull, smell, or squeal!!! I feel like since I'm a ampuee thdy were trying to take advantage of me even though I have worked on cars for 30 years. The sales person couldn't even explain what was wrong. I do NOT like being taken advantage of and I really don't like the fact I know how to work on cars and they straight up lied to me. My car is a 2013 Honda Fit. Be smart take your car to someone else. I sure am.

I always enjoy shopping at Farm & Fleet. Especially this location. Never really had a bad shopping experience here to tell the truth. The reason I'm writing this particular review is because of their automotive department and how AWESOME they were the other week. My brother and I stopped in looking for a battery for his vehicle because he was going on a trip out of state, and the one he had in the vehicle was pretty old. We decided that we didn't want to change it out ourselves with it being a newer vehicle and not knowing the exact battery group to install. Not only did the tech tell us the battery needed in his vehicle, he even tucked us in for a battery change even though we didn't have an appointment! We were so thankful since my brother was leaving a few days later and really didn't have time to wait. After completing the job, he also explained how to change out the battery on my brother's vehicle just in case he ever had to do one himself. Truly top-notch customer service. Keep up the excellent work guys!

I have made my last visit to the Janesville Farm and Fleet. I have been a long term customer for many years. Recently, the addition of self checkouts, lack of cashiers, and the constant rearranging of the store with a lack of personnel around has made it a dreadful experience. I left a cart of over $600 of merchandise and walked out tonight as I could not easily find items in their normal spot. You won't find staff on hand until 15 minutes until close then they come out of the wood work to shoo you out of the place.

This has to be the biggest store. They have a lot of items that other Farm and Fleets do not. WOW! Awesome!

Been waiting on my Craftsman riding lawnmower for about 3 months, dropped it off in August 1 2024 and it's now almost the end of October still haven't received it back. I got the battery replaced and it needed a carburetor rebuild. Which they could not order so I had to order it myself off Amazon and bring it to them. I'm very disappointed in the service there. They will not be receiving anymore of my business.
