Today we were able to replace our old battery in exchange for a new battery. We had a 5 1/2 year warranty on the old battery. The transaction went smooth. We did not have to wait long. The lady who answered the phone and gave us the appointment for today was very delighted and welcoming. She was very down to earth and answered all my questions. The exchange price of the battery was very reasonable. Additionally, while waiting for the battery to be replaced, I was able to make some purchases inside the store. The store was very clean and organized , the prices were very reasonable and the customer service was great. Thanks Blains Farm and Fleet for bringing you store to the Riverside location in Loves Park.

I moved here last year and everyone always said Farm and Fleet automotive was great. Unfortunately, I have yet to see that. Several weeks ago I went online to try to schedule an appointment for a suspension check, however the online system was not scheduling any appointments. I then tried to call multiple times to schedule, however no one answered the phone in the automotive department.
Yesterday I was shocked when I went online and was able to schedule an appointment that I thought was for the following day. I arrived at my appointment to find out that it was for several weeks from now. I’m still confused as to how that happened, nevertheless farm and fleet was more than happy to cancel that appointment and let me leave.
I could not believe that they would not attempt or even offer to fit me in. They did offer to make another appointment, but at this point I don’t think I want them anywhere near my car if they can’t accommodate a customer or figure out the complex function of answering a telephone.
Never use Farm and Fleet automotive and if you do, please enlighten the world how you were able to get an appointment.

The employee in the toy department seemed rude to me and my son. At the time of asking 2000 hot wheels was in stock We kindly asked for hot wheels to be filled in the 2 bins because they was empty and he went off on his rant about how he was the only guy in his department and that there’s enough on the pegs. I spent 30 minutes just cleaning up the current state of the hot wheels area condensing them to make them look nice prior to me asking. As a good gesture he could’ve gotten a manager to help me out but instead he decided to go on his own rant and no I wasn’t rude to him. Mind that i drove all the way from northern Janesville wi for this location.

The biggest farm & fleet in rockford. Staff is great. Very helpful and knowledgeable of their stocked items. Prices are fair and they have the largest stock of pet supplies I've seen.

Really like this store and see the same employees all the time. Wow, thank you for being awesome people and wow mangment he has to be amazing. It's one store I walk into where employees are always happy to assist.

Shopped T BFF Riverside. Very disappointed there. I had some shirts& pants l wanted to try on. However, dressing rooms were locked. There is no need to lock up everything. So l went to Kohls and found what I wanted there without a BIG HASSLE.

My husband went to get his hunting license for shotgun yesterday. When he got home he noticed the lady gave him one for bow and arrow. He has never done bow and arrow! He went back today and told the lady she gave him the wrong license she said to bad it's already in the system. $40.00 down the drain. I will never go to Blain's farm and Fleet again

They were only open another 15 minutes when I ran in for a particular electric switch and a few other things.
They were great. Someone walked me through to each item I wanted, very helpful. Got me out of there in 20 minutes. Polite and helpful all along the way.
Now THAT'S SERVICE ?
