I recently visited Brit Bazar to purchase fresh meat and other groceries, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The variety of fish and meat available was exceptional, and the quality was top-notch. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, assisting me in selecting the best cuts for my needs.

Great range of products to frozen meat and fish. Great selection of spices and fruits and veg. Good customer service from the team members also. I will be coming again. Also great prices!

I found the service to be adequate, but I was disappointed with the product considering its high price and poor quality, likely due to its extended storage time. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a receipt for my purchase. I have since discovered better alternatives for buying the same product locally, so I don't plan on returning to this shop. I felt that the staff overcharged me, and one of them had a rather confrontational attitude.

Car park was jam packed today! I’d recommend coming here early to avoid long queues. Shop while the opening sale lasts… Otherwise you’re better off buying from elsewhere. Extremely busy, staff are a bit slow and loud for no reason ( but this is normal I guess if your just starting out?). To improve services, I suggest making the entrance bigger and offering a more friendly welcome. At times it seemed a bit hostile and unwelcoming, customers should feel safe and comfortable when shopping (I did not feel like this ) . 3 stars for now might decrease depending on my mood ;(

Telephone ordered a half Sheep Expecting it to be freshly cut only to come home and find old meat( Colour turning dark brown) called to Inquire only to be told I'm wrong!! Lmao not going back(sad coz I've been coming all the way from SW8)

Decent place for your family groceries. Fairly priced in some areas and has parking and prayer facilities. Which is a plus.

Newly opened but looks and feels old as Roman times. Layout, cleanliness, products, staff, everything’s from a place time forgot. Been a couple of times with friends but always left empty handed. This time I waited to be served for more than 20 minutes at the meat counter. Staff moaning about being overworked and wanting to be on a different task. There was no queue system and everyone just passing the task onto the next person. They need to concentrate on customers first then do other tasks. I did complain to the person at the counter but he didn’t care. There were about 3 staff wondering around with clipboards looking busy even though an old lady was asking them for help. Price wise it’s standard as most other places. Products were similar to most local shops. The only positive is that they have a massive parking space but then again look at what happened to Rahims and Banglatown, both left behind and everyone going local or driving to Beckton. My suggestion would be Meat Bazaar for quality and customer service but they only do meat and they do it properly.

Owner appears on many reality shows on which one of is his own channel where he speaks and the show his attitude with high ego and talks big.

He also speaks highly of his shop that he only sells good quality of food and preaches about Islam but what a shame that doesn’t use any of his value in his shop and has the audacity to speak about other groceries around the area.

The meat I purchase had more bone than actual meat I understand it’s on sale but 5kg of meat with at least 2kg worth of bone pre packed which indicates that it’s not fresh. I couldn’t even get the chicken.

It was only 11:30am in the morning the employees couldn’t even handle to hassle of handful of customers who arrived because of the sale promotion that they advertised. I think Mr Mahir you should look into your establishment and maybe train your employees to the right level so they paying customers like me are given the correct services and product.
