One thing you can always count on at Istanbul Food Pazar is the unbeatable affordability. Their prices are unmatched, promising great value for every purchase. Plus, the quality of their products never disappoints – everything is consistently fresh and on point.

While I've had varying experiences with their customer service, it's worth noting that it can be hit or miss depending on when you visit. However, in my opinion, the incredible prices of their products more than make up for any shortcomings in service.

Overall, if you're looking for a place to fulfill your Middle Eastern cravings without breaking the bank, Istanbul Food Pazar is the place to be!

This supermarket has great options and good prices. It has a wide array of smoked meats and sausages, candies, frozen and fresh meats and pastries, cheese, vegetables, fruit, dry snacks, spices, tea’s, tea pots and glasses, coffee, bread, bakery, kitchen utensils, and even souvenirs. It also offers a full-service section for fresh meats staffed by a butcher behind the counter, good enough to satisfy your need. Definitely, a great place to find authentic Turkish food.

I recently witnessed an upsetting incident at Istanbul Food Pazar while shopping, and I feel it's important to share my experience. I observed a staff member in the butcher section being subjected to discriminatory behaviour due to his Kurdish background. Despite not engaging in any political discussions, he faced unprofessional and prejudiced remarks from a manager solely based on his ethnicity.

This particular manager has a history of inappropriate behaviour. During the COVID-19 pandemic, when I politely asked him to wear a mask in line with safety requirements, he responded aggressively and continued walking around the store maskless.

Unfortunately, this is not an isolated issue. I’ve noticed that negative feedback related to customer service is often dismissed or mishandled, likely because the same manager responsible for these behaviours is also handling the store's feedback replies. As someone who has experienced rude customer service on multiple occasions, I can see that these issues are not being addressed seriously.

While Istanbul Food Pazar offers an excellent selection of products and is otherwise a great place to shop, it’s becoming increasingly clear that the management does not learn from customer feedback. For this reason, I believe it may be time to explore alternative stores where both customer and employee experiences are taken seriously.

Geçtiğimiz günlerde İstanbul Food Pazar’da alışveriş yaparken üzücü bir olaya tanık oldum ve deneyimimi paylaşmanın önemli olduğunu düşünüyorum. Kasap bölümünde çalışan bir personelin Kürt kökenli olması nedeniyle ayrımcı bir davranışa maruz kaldığını gözlemledim. Hiçbir siyasi tartışmaya girmemesine rağmen, sadece etnik kökeni nedeniyle bir yöneticiden profesyonellik dışı ve önyargılı yorumlar aldı.

Bu yönetici, uygunsuz davranışlarıyla bilinen biri. COVID-19 pandemisi sırasında, güvenlik gereklilikleri doğrultusunda kendisine maske takmasını kibarca rica ettiğimde, agresif bir şekilde tepki verip mağazada maskesiz dolaşmaya devam etti.

Maalesef bu durum münferit bir sorun değil. Müşteri hizmetleriyle ilgili olumsuz geri bildirimlerin sıklıkla görmezden gelindiğini veya yanlış yönetildiğini fark ettim. Bunun sebebi muhtemelen bu tür davranışlardan sorumlu olan aynı yöneticinin, mağazanın geri bildirim cevaplarını da üstleniyor olması. Daha önce defalarca kaba müşteri hizmetleriyle karşılaştığım biri olarak, bu sorunların ciddiyetle ele alınmadığını görebiliyorum.

İstanbul Food Pazar, ürün çeşitliliğiyle mükemmel bir yer olsa da, yönetimin müşteri geri bildirimlerinden ders almadığı giderek daha belirgin hale geliyor. Bu nedenle, hem müşteri hem de çalışan deneyimlerinin ciddiye alındığı alternatif mağazaları keşfetmenin zamanı gelmiş olabilir.

Istanbul food bazaar is one of the few shops in New Jersey where you can find complete Turkish products. There are many options such as fruit, vegetables, frozen products, patisserie, small kitchenware. especially the variety of the butcher section is very nice. the staff is interested and they prepare the meat very carefully. sometimes there is no place to go through the product variety. Don't leave without tasting the hot simit and pastries sold at the outlet. If you register with your phone number, you can also earn with belonging and point systems.
