They have the fastest EV chargers in the area but block them (Despite it being public FLO chargers).

Asked if they could move the cars and they declined, said it caused too many issues with people thinking they are free and coming in to complain

I’ve been to several Mercedes dealerships in the Mississauga area and none of them have the quality of service that the Peterborough location has, and that probably has a lot to do with Dakin Wilson, he is absolutely phenomenal to work with. I love how they present the car to you when you pick it up as well. They went all out for us and that’s why I gotta shout them out.

I made my first Mercedes purchase from this dealership, and I love my ride. The team treated me very well. I got help from Peter, Lacey, and Mark. The test drive was fun, and Peter showed a great level of knowledge on the vehicle. I was touched that he remembered every little details I mentioned and delivered them on the day I picked up the vehicle. I find it very unfair if I don not share my experience and thoughts regarding Mercedes Benz Peterborough dealership after being a loyal Benz user for almost 20yrs. I think it’s not about the brand only, it’s about the individuals who work hard by carrying the brand on their shoulders and keep it to the level it is known for. I have had worst experiences throughout my journey with this brand by another Mercedes dealership (Durham) which led me stranded, frustrated, exhausted and at times disappointed to the point where I genuinely felt like having a second thought to switch to another German competitor and I once actually did. But the true luxury, comfort, safety and piece of mind I always experienced with this brand, brought me back to this. Unfortunately I got to a point where I started taking my cars to other Mercedes certified mechanics as I was fed up by the rude and unpleasant service I always received by the Durham dealership.

Then someone advised me to visit MB Peterborough, my car is still there but the kind of service, professionalism and respect I have received from this dealership, is UNMATCHED.. Now I genuinely feel like owning an elite brand with elite service and experience. There’s one guy I’ve been dealing with since day one and that is Mr. Doug Joy, even though there have been a lot of frustrating moments, unfortunate situations and sometimes bad luck, but the kind of professionalism, personal intention to help the customer, true dedication, care and understanding this guy has showed, is just UNPARALLELED !!
Indeed names are given for a reason and definitely impacts on the personality of an individual because Mr. Doug Joy and really there to bring joy to the customers. I have never personally met him as of yet as we always connect by a phone call or emails but I swear the kind of internal relief and confidence I have achieved after dealing with such an outstanding professional, can’t explain it in words. I can’t wait to meet him in person and thank him for all his efforts, intent and astonishing approach towards the customer. I would strongly suggest all Benz users that if you really wanna have the true expertise of luxury and confidence, no matter how many kms you have to drive, go to MB Peterborough and get your service done from Doug, believe me it would be worth every km of drive. For me 5⭐️ is too low. I wish there would be more here to click on.
